Using the site means you accept these terms

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

A lot of the site points you to outside services. Those providers control their own checkouts, policies, and account systems.

Third-party transactions

Ticket sales, memberships, donations, merchandise orders, streaming, music, and social interactions may be handled by third parties such as Eventbrite, Patreon, YouTube, Pro Wrestling Tees, TeePublic, Spotify, Apple Music, and social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Event information can change

Show dates, times, lineups, venues, availability, and pricing may change. We try to keep the site current, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free at all times. Final ticketing and venue rules may come from the applicable provider or venue.

CONTENT AND LIABILITY

Ownership, disclaimers, and legal limits

The site content belongs to LoCo Pro Wrestling or the people and partners who licensed it to us, and use of the site comes with important limits.

Intellectual property and submissions

Unless otherwise noted, the site design, text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, and other content are owned by LoCo Pro Wrestling or used with permission. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for personal, non-commercial use.

If you send us messages, inquiries, or other submissions, you give us permission to use them as needed to respond to you, operate the site, and handle the request. Do not send confidential or sensitive information you do not want used for those purposes.
